The Three Rooms Of The Same House: Gaiscioch, Gaiscioch na Anu, Gaiscioch na Nuada

I realized that I never officially came out with a common practice for this setup and Felt it might be good to outline how you should be splitting your characters.

Chat Channel:
/as should be primary chat channel. only use /gu to reply to someone in /gu. don't leave your brothers and sisters in the dark make sure to use /as. In addition Please use ventrilo, whether you have a mic or not it would be nice to listen in and you can always reply in /as to things that are said. we have several mutes in the family.

Note: Is there anyone that plays a lot that can make sure to promote people in the alliance daily when they join the family. Without promotion people wont be able to talk.

Splitting Your Characters:
Currently we have each of the 3 guilds setup as such:

Gaiscioch: Healers
Gaiscioch na Anu: Ranged DPS
Gaiscioch na Nuada: Melee

Your welcome to join any of the 3 rooms in our house we ask that you try to divide them among all 3.

This will be fun trying to keep track of people are saying in vent and peoples replys in /as chat. You get some wierd stuff going but it could be fun tho. Happens in our guild and vent all the time.

The Few,The Proud, The Iron Breaker.
To strike a Ironbreaker is to strike a anvil. You are more likely to reshape your weapon than to move him. And heavens forbid one lands on you.

Just a heads up. I've invited a fair number of folks as Keylo into Gaiscioch na Nuada and noticed I couldn't promote them as well as other new members of that sub guild.

Either a good cleanup of those ineligible to talk in /as would be nice and/or a double check of giving original officers promotion rights would be a good idea as well.

promotion rights have nothing to do with officers. alliance settings are completely separate. We can only have 4 people set to alliance officer and a guild leader. This makes it a bit more challenging. I really wish Mythic would make alliance permissions in line with guild permissions. so that they arnt separate.
