The Tuatha - Our Extended Alliance Program

What is the Tuatha Extended Alliance?

Many of you have have come across us on the battlefield. Some enjoy our weekly Trinity raids and Battle for Badlands events, some have come to know us through our various posts and discussions on the forums. Regardless of where you've come to know us, I do hope that you've seen that we are not about having the best gear or the greatest stats, we are about having a good time and working together to better our Realm. While most families and guilds focus on the internal success, ours focuses on the success of everyone as a whole.

The Tuatha was formed as a means to create an united community which is not restricted to Warhammer Online's 10 Guild per Alliance limit. This traditional 10 guild alliance structure punishes those casual guilds and low population guilds. Forcing alliance leaders to choose only the most active and impactful guilds to join their ranks. By creating the Tuatha, many of these guilds can now be a part of a larger alliance without the worries of activity restrictions and member counts. Each of the Tuatha guilds or families makes an oath to keep Blades out Not In. Which means that at no time should a member ever attack another within the Tuatha (No Infighting). This is our only rule and allows us to continue to grow without restrictions or weak points.

Why should my Guild, Alliance, or Family be a part of it?

The Tuatha is designed to help encourage participation, companionship, and the betterment of all participants. We offer a common base to form new friendships and find players who can help with quests, dungeons or in oRvR efforts. It is our focus to provide a common ground for players of all skill levels to join in activities at any given time regardless of their affiliations.

The Tuatha is based on a Pull system rather than the traditional Push system used by most guilds and alliance. We don't tell you how to play, when to play, or for how long to play. We simply post when we are playing and if you care to join us then your welcome. Guilds and Alliances run just as they always have without interference from the Tuatha. Our main focus is to create a communication network, and family like atmosphere for all participants giving them the best chance to experience all the game has to offer.

Who Are We Looking For?
  • "We" Thinkers
  • Family & Friends
  • Casual Guilds
  • Small Guilds
  • oRvR Based Guilds
  • Roleplay Guilds, Clans, or Families
  • Guilds & Alliances looking for a Unified Front

Are There Any Rules To Being Part Of The Tuatha Extended Alliance?

As with the Gaiscioch Family we hold 1 rule close to heart. Blades Out, Not In. To be a member of the Tuatha you must never attack your own team. Whether verbally or physically a family must never turn on one another. We are about uniting people under one cause and in fighting is the easiest way to split a group of people. This allows us to stay drama free and grow without fear of falling apart.

What's Next?

If you would like to know more about our extended family, have any questions, or would like to sign your family up, please contact Daghdre in game and I'll walk you through the process. In the mean time take a look around and enjoy your stay.

Ben, we should probably make an extended alliance channel so both the Treubh and the Tuatha Extended Alliance can talk easily. Granted we'll have to rejoin it everytime we log in, but it's fairly easy to make a macro to do that.

Since you love names, would you like to make it? If we can have restrictions on it, might want to put a password on it.

Well in my experience Vamp people are too lazy to join it. I've tried this before and it failed miserably. People just don't remember. Hence why im lobbying to get an OnLoad macro. Then I might have a chance of pulling this together.

Hail friends, I am Rudek of Velox Aequitas, a member of the Ordo Conventus alliance with Roisin Dubh. I was a member of Roisin Dubh in DAoC and a founding member of RD in Warhammer. With a group of RL friends we formed Velox Aequitas in WAR. Regolyth suggested I stop by and say "hi"

I've recently returned to WAR after a four month absence and am loving how Order is playing now. I've run win warbands led by Gaiscioch members the past few nights and had a blast. Look forward to meeting more of you soon and standing next to you on the battlefield!

Welcome Rudek!
You may remember me as Foghladha, Alaios, Mohanna, or Fugmug DeFailte from the Gaiscioch na Anu and Lurikeen Against Ugmug on Nimue. I am very pleased to have you with us. Who currently leads Velox? perhaps I can get the whole family involved in the Tuatha program so you can get a lil guild logo by your name :). Im open to the idea of adding all of the Ordo Conventus guilds to the Tuatha.

Welcome to all the new members. I liked this idea and agreed to take the invite to the Tuatha. Many of my members have enjoyed these raids over the past few weeks and I'm glad this is another option for them to use in expanding their enjoyment of this game if they so desire.

I will definitely agree that the guilds or alliances that decide to be isolated and try to get the better of the others are really not getting the full benefit. In the end they wind up with bad names and people don't want to associate with them any more than they don't want to associate with others. I will admit my guild was headed that way at one point, but once I became leader I found this folly. Many of the guilds in this group have been in groups my members have enjoyed and I am glad to see you all here.

Yes welcome all. Im no good with that Gaelic stuff, but my sentiment is the same nonetheless :)

I have to learn how to get me one of those fancy them there signature things at the bottom to show off meh merits and affiliation, mmhmm.

I represent Du Mintai(The Black Company) daily in the alliance (Our GM is Alarin/Alcewyn and our two officers are Helore and Amarie/Gineva - I forget the rest of their alts off the top of my head...) as much as possible, and if you need any help or have any questions, you can contact me directly. Youll probably also see Bowlander on in T4 regularly. See you all on Tier nights... Sol

Many of the Tuatha guilds are small casual guilds. In Warhammer the guilds nobody wants are the casual low population guilds. The Tuatha provides a home for these guilds. We'd take on 10 small guilds for 1 big guild. Smaller guilds tend to have less drama and usually work of tight nit circles. They traditionally have a closer player base and work well together.
