The last tier of the trinity is learning how to be Benevolent and Patient. Becoming part of the Elder Circle takes mastery of the Honor, Integrity, Loyalty, and Fellowship. The traits most associated with this tier are Benevolence, Selflessness, and Patience. The life of an elder is a selfless one. They must put their own agenda and think of what's best for the family and the unity of the people. They are the ones that tie the family together, ensure the growth, and teach the family how to become part of the big picture. Not everyone will accept the responsibility that comes with being an Elder. A true leader will gladly accept this responsibility and accept the Oath of the Elder.

- Druid
The advisors to the Ceannard. Members who obtain this rank have more say in guild direction than the Ceannard. They can approve proposed changes, or deny them. They are the top of the Celtic hierarchy.

Rank 11: Ceannard
- Chieftain
The leader of the Celtic tribe, the Ceannard is responsible for establishing rule, boundaries, and enforcing family law. Only one member may be a Ceannard at any given time. No member has power over the Ceannard except for the Druids.
Rank 9: Teagasgar
- Mentor
Long term members who have been an active part of the family become Teagasgars. This member rank has all the privileges of the Ceannard, minus the ability to form alliances.

- Noblemen
The Maithean are the Gaiscioch elite. They have weathered many battles and have brought honor and respect to the family. Members of the Maithean possess most of the abilities of the Ceannard minus the ability to change guild information.

The War Council
- Sun Tzu, Art of War
The second tier of the Gaiscioch is designed to teach leadership through Honor and Integrity. Though not all members will choose to become an Ardtiarna, those who stride to obtain the hardest rank in the family will receive the greatest reward. Through their growth they will learn how to see the objective and obtain the objective. They must learn the consequence to their actions and see not only what lies before them, but also the end result of their course of action. From the time a member becomes a Lorgair, they will have the opportunity to begin their training. By mastering each of the 5 formations of the Gaiscioch members can obtain more prestigious titles. They will start by scheduling events and getting their name known by others. With the help of other Ardtiarna, Gaisgeach, and Saighdears they learn how to lead the family to victories. They will learn how to lead with conviction, without forsaking compassion. The actions of the war council will effect more than just themselves. They effect those who they choose to lead and any action they take will directly effect the reputation of the family. They must consider how they portray the family to the outside world and make decisions that would benefit the public image of the family. They must never attack another person verbally, always encourage their troops, and never speak down on anyone. The moral of the people is only built through encouragement. No matter how great the loss never push blame on others.
Rank 7: Ardtiarna
- High Lord
The Ardtiarna have proven their leadership with a calm stature, logical decisions, and the families best interest. They have successfully lead troops into countless battles and have successfully taken enemy lands. Ardtiarna are proven on the battle field and thus are enabled to claim keeps. They have gained the respect of fellow family members and soldiers in the realm. A true Ardtiarna has learned from his experiences and knows the base principles of leadership. They have learned to lead by example, with compassion and understanding. They are slow to anger, and display self control. They plan, execute, and devise plans for the clann. Through their mastery of the Gaiscioch formations they progress through the sub ranks of the Ardtiarna to enable the privilege to yield larger formations on the battlefield. They are the most acclimated warriors in the family, leading the family to hundreds of battles successfully and have gained the respect of their fellow soldiers and family.

Rank 6: Gaisgeach
- Warrior
The Gaisgeach are brave and noble warriors that have fought many battles an obtained several awards for their bravery. They have been with the family for several months and celebrated many victorious battles. They conducted themselves as an ideal example of the family and have gone out of their way to help others. To reward them for their charity they gain the ability to access the Gaiscioch vault page 3.

Rank 5: Saighdear
- Soldier
Saighdear are an elite group of warriors who have been seasoned in combat. A member of the Saighdear no longer thinks only about themselves, and looks out for the benefit of their brethren.

The watchmen has proven their skill as a scout and has earned at least 500 Family Honor Points.

- Scout
The Lorgair are the first step into the War Council ranks. They gain access to start their leadership training and can begin leading members of the family into battle. Though not all Lorgair will choose to lead, those that do will find a great measure of success and reward for doing so.

The Family
The first tier of the family is made up of the Crabhadh, Treubh and Buirdeiseach. It is generally the largest portion of the family and is where new members learn how to be a Gaiscioch. Through their experience they gain the respect of their peers and learn to live and honor the family. Focused on Loyalty and Fellowship, the Family participates in family activities, and begins forming relationships within the family.

This role is for new members to try the family without making a long term commitment. Typically after 1 month of being a Buirdeiseach the member is asked if they would like to remain with the family where they can decide to be promoted or go separate ways.
