Memorable Moments With Mijjah:

"Mijjah's raiding experience, perseverance, organization and communication skills, are all traits I've very much come to appreciate in her, since we've met. She gave me a chance when I was a brand new member of the guild, and thanks in very large part to her, I was not only introduced, but allowed to run with some of the best Rift players on the shard (herself very much included in that list). She's incredibly efficient at forming, and maintaining, 10 solid players for our GP run (that she started for us), just to name an example of her prowess. And just as important, she goes well out of her way to ensure that everyone is prepared, comfortable in their roles, and get a fair shot at not only loot, but positions in the raid, depending on who we can rotate in, while maintaining the raid make-up that we need to succeed (As well as making sure everybody is having fun raiding with us!). She's always open to suggestion(s), but is also conscience of the fact that sometimes, it's best to not second guess herself, which is a very important skill to have as a leader. No matter what we do in Rift, she makes it a memorable & fun experience for me. She's even gone as far as to play while really sick, so as to not be a detriment to other raid members (So much dedication!). And her awesomeness extends to every game I've had the pleasure of playing with her, since we've met. I very much look forward to many, many, many more years of gaming by her side. You're amazing, mijita. Thanks for everything~

"Mijjahs patience and selflessness in organising this raid is deserved of praise, the time sacrifice she makes so that we can raid each week should be commended. She always keeps her cool when people are unable to attend at the last minute and through good communication, always keeps the raid informed. Not only this, she listens to members ideas and uses good judgement on what to use when and where. She commands a healthy respect in ventrilo, keeping things fun but also professional when required. She is an outstanding leader."
