Help Professor Figalia(roughly at 6540, 1820) with his flying by pushing him off five or six crates. The professor will give a Bloodsmeared Runebound Talisman that offers the quest, Heads or Tails. Take the talisman to Sergeant Seful to complete the quest and earn 2000 points with Runeguard.
