Tokens of Valor
A token of approval given to a leader who acts and displays Honor and Integrity. They lead family events with compassion and a calm stature. These tokens are only to be given to members that you feel, make the Gaiscioch a better family. Additional qualities that may earn these tokens are: Kindness, Patience, Compassion, and Selflessness. They can see past now, and recognize the results of their actions and the impact they have on the future. Members who go out of their way to help their family are eligible for this token of respect. Only "The Family" ranks will be able to give this token (Treubh through Lorgair).

What Are They Used For?
Without these tokens a member can not progress past the rank of Lorgair. Members must learn to place others above themselves to obtain these tokens. The transition from thinking solely about "Me", into thinking more about "We" is rewarded through these marks. By collecting these tokens a member can continue his journey through the ranks.
