Description:
Arieltalia is a young adult Asur, of average height and weight for an elf, though the long length of her arms and legs has often been remarked upon. Moving with the almost preternatural grace of most Swordmasters, she nonetheless always keeps her back straight and her chin up, supposedly remnants of her excruciatingly patrician upbringing.
Her dark blue-grey eyes shine with determination and a bit of haughtiness, and she wears her bronze-colored hair long and loose to her waist, though it never seems to fall out of place or into her way. As with most elves, her appearance is always spotless, even after hard battle. She carries the faint but unmistakable scent of pink roses with her wherever she goes.
Background:
Arieltalia is the daughter of Calthinal, Dragon Prince and rider of Quregath, known affectionately as Starfang. Both her father and the dragon fell in battle when Arieltalia was fairly young, though she does have some fond and treasured memories of them both.
Halthala, Arieltalia’s mother, is a strong-willed and aggressive woman who has raised her daughter in the way that she believes royalty should. No expense was spared for her only child: blade training with a master of the White Tower since age three, private tutors in art, music, politics, and anything else a future princess may need. Unfortunately Arieltalia’s life education did not include the enjoyment of existence or the appreciation of the joy of the heart, a cynical gift that has been passed down in the Everblaze line for countless generations.
Now that war has overtaken Ulthuan, Halthala has grudgingly allowed Arieltalia to fully train as a Swordmaster, and has given her permission to join the forces of Order to fight, though she fully believes this to be another of her daughter’s “phases”.
